Chinese Wand Exercises – a system of 17 simple movements using a lightweight sck. The graduated stages are suitable and effective for everyone to restore or improve mobility, strength and balance. If you are recovering from injury, ill-health, stroke or surgery these exercises are easy to perform either standing or sitting. If you enjoy sport or fitness activites the graded repetition of each of the exercises can supplement training and enhance performance.
