The WEA is always looking for more tutors, if you would like to become a tutor for the WEA or thinking of teaching in general have a look at our teaching page.

WEA course fees have been frozen

We've held our course prices for spring/summer 2014 to help keep studying with us as affordable as possible. Making it a great time to learn with the WEA.

                                 Hut 12 at Bletchley Park

To enhance the learning, some courses include visits to places of interest relating to the subject of study. The picture above shows members of the Corby Branch visiting Bletchley Park and learning about its history and the work undertaken in the various huts. The Group spent all day at the Park which has now received funding to repair some of the huts and other facilities. Guides are provided to explain the secret work of the Park and its code breakers. The Group is outside Hut 12 carefully listening to the guide.
